With a culinary style that draws on her Southern and Gulf Coast roots, Jamie Dietrich's dishes are a flavorful mixture of southern and old Floridian traditions. She uses only the freshest, high quality ingredients and is an active participant in the Slow Food Movement, a growing worldwide partnership to produce outstanding, natural meals that do not harm the environment, local producers, or our health. “Good food comes from nature,” says Jamie, “not a laboratory.”

Tutored by New Orleans legend Gerhard Brill and having interned at the fine dining Gauthier's Restaurant, Chef Jamie is adept at preparing everything from French cuisine to specialized vegetarian and vegan meals. And she loves nothing more than bringing these meals to her patrons. “I don’t like being disconnected from my diners as in the traditional restaurant setting. I want to customize the menu to fit my clients’ tastes and preferences.” So that is exactly what she does.

From her personal kitchen in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Private Chef Jamie Dietrich travels the Southeastern United States dishing out her culinary magic and belly-laughing wit in heaping spoonfuls to her clients. "There is nothing I enjoy more than sharing my love of food with others," she says.

And after all, there is no love more sincere than the love of food.
